Fun fact: Endangered Species Day is May 15th. What is fun about this fact? The Conservancy of Southwest Florida will have special programming and entertainment on May 15th and 16th to celebrate these amazing endangered creatures. This special programming will highlight their water, land and wildlife work to keep these creatures stable.
The Nature Center at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida is home to an awarded education center where visitors and locals can come to learn about our Southwest Florida surroundings and what you can do to maintain a healthy environment in your area.
Admission to this special event is free for Conservancy members and for visitors the regular admission price of $12.95 for adults and $8.95 for children. The admission fee will include all of the Conservancy shows and special events for that day as well as admission to the Nature Center.

Calling all Dinosaur enthusiasts! Naples Botanical Gardens is hosting "Unearthed: Dinosaurs in the Garden" now until July 7th. This kid friendly activity features life size replicas that move and growl around two of the gardens. These life sized statues do incorporate key details from paleontological findings from around the world in order to create the best learning experience possible! This special event also includes a separate garden with a T-Rex photo opportunity and a fossil dig. Admission to the Gardens is $14.95 for adults and $9.95 for children. Admission includes special event activities as well as all Naples Botanical Garden exhibits and gardens. The Naples Botanical Garden is located just 8 miles from the Hilton Naples.
Celebrate Mom this year in Naples! Come out to The Village on Venetian Bay for some shopping dinning and entertainment just for Mom! There will be a fashion walk with Susan G. Coleman of Southwest Florida, refreshments and of course the beautiful view of Venetian Bay. The event will be hosted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 9th and Venetian Village will be open all day for fun!

Saturday May 11th the Great Dock Canoe Race will take place. This annual charitable event hosted at Crayton Cove is fun filled for both participants and spectators. The Hunger Games themed water event includes several canoe races for various levels and also a "Best Dressed Canoe" contest. Each year this race brings something new and exciting to look forward to!
